This workshop is designed to help Formula SAE teams with vehicle development and competition preparation. Participants will connect with fellow Formula SAE team members, work through technical challenges, and gain valuable insights from experienced judges.

Whether you are troubleshooting a specific issue, seeking design feedback, or looking to improve competition performance, this workshop provides an environment focused on helping your team succeed. It also offers an excellent opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and build relationships that can support your team throughout the season.

Established in 1981, Formula SAE has grown into a global competition that engages university teams and future engineers from around the world. As part of SAE International’s Collegiate Design Series, the program challenges students to move beyond textbook theory through real-world engineering, project management, and teamwork experiences that prepare them for careers in mobility-related industries.

For more than forty years, Formula SAE has challenged student engineers to design, build, test, and race Formula-style vehicles while advancing innovation in automotive technology and design.

All Formula SAE teams are encouraged to bring their vehicles to discuss technical topics, explore solutions, and receive feedback from peers and judges. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
