SAE Detroit Section has arranged this exclusive tour for its members and their guests. The Dearborn Technical Center is LINK’s largest testing laboratory, measuring 120,000 square feet, and has been in operation since 2011. The test facility serves as LINK’s technical headquarters and supports LINK test operations throughout the world.
The Dearborn Technical Center offers a wide range of testing solutions, including equipment control systems; electric motor and driveline testing; braked or free-rolling tires; on-road and off-road vehicle testing; military vehicle testing; chassis component testing; steering; commercial vehicle and civil engineering applications; and aerospace testing.
The facility’s laboratory space is filled with a blend of new equipment, existing assets, and customer-owned equipment operated by LINK staff. The facility offers versatile testing capabilities, ranging from laboratory testing, vehicle testing, and access to various proving grounds.
Important Note: Tour is limited to SAE members and their guests 18 years and older. Pre-registration is required. Registration and refund deadline is Wednesday, June 17 (or when sold out).
