Tucked into the heart of downtown Pontiac, the Pontiac Transportation Museum offers visitors a vivid look at the city’s rich automotive and industrial heritage. Guests can explore interactive displays, historical artifacts, and rotating exhibits that bring the city’s industrial past to life.

As you step inside, you’re greeted by an impressive collection of more than 70 cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles designed or built in metro Detroit.

The museum’s exhibits highlight Pontiac’s evolution from a manufacturing hub to a symbol of innovation, showcasing everything from early automotive engineering to modern transportation milestones.

Whether you’re a lifelong car enthusiast, a history buff, or simply curious about Pontiac’s role in shaping Michigan’s identity, the museum offers a memorable and educational outing.
