P3 is opening its doors for SAE members and their guests to tour the P3 Mobility Innovation Center (MIC). In December of 2015, P3 expanded their operations into a new and modern 25,000 square foot facility. The P3 MIC meets the automotive industries growing demand for consultants and engineers who can test and validate new mobility technologies, and address the complex change and disruption it has caused throughout automotive organizations.
Located in the center of the Southfield “Smartzone”, the P3 MIC features private customer test and validation labs for technologies such as connected mobility, infotainment, voice recognition and autonomous mobility, ADAS, an eight bay workshop and prototype garage, and various wireless meeting spaces used for organizational planning workshops, UX Benchmarking, and strategic cybersecurity mitigation planning.
Join P3 experts on a guided facility tour while enjoying cocktails, appetizers, and networking. The tour will be followed with a panel hosted by P3 Engineers and Consultants to discuss perspectives on the challenges in the V2X and Active Safety Ecosystem.
The tour is limited to SAE members and their guests. Pre-registration is required. Please note cameras and other imaging devices are not permitted.
